Support services are rendered off shore, on-shore, on-site or, typically, at a combination of locations. Our main Technical Support Center is located in Chennai, India. By drawing upon the region's educated, English speaking and highly skilled technical workforce, MindGadget is able to hire, train and retain engineering and customer service teams dedicated to each client's support operation. Since its inception, MindGadget has staffed its resource centers around the clock to ensure seamless delivery to the customer regardless of time zone and geography.
