The Mindgadget Total Support model for enterprise class product support has been implemented for the iplanet division of Sun Microsystems.
Mindgadget engineers work with the product support teams of iPlanet, supporting high-end server products, including NetDynamic Servers, iPlanet Application Servers, Directory/Messaging Servers, Web/ Proxy Servers and other e-commerce products/applications. Supporting such products requires access to high-quality manpower, with excellent basic skills in Unix, Java, JSP, EJB, Oracle 8i etc. Most engineers have been trained on products and operating environments, including Sun Solaris, HP Unix , Linux, and issues in Oracle to be able to support enterprise class clients for iPlanet. Our resources are based both on-site, in our support centers in San Jose and in Chennai, India to support mostly North American and Asia Pacific clients. We support iPlanet in providing high quality, cost effective support to their clients 24 x 5 globally.

Mindgadget also supports the SAP and iPlanet enterprise class applications for Compaq. Our engineers based in Chennai, India provide support on a 24 x 7 basis for customer in Americas and Japan.
